KUALA LUMPUR TOWER
At a dizzying height of 421 metres, the adjacent Kuala Lumpur Tower is the fourth tallest telecommunications tower in the world. Visitors can enjoy a bird's eye view of Klang Valley from the observation deck or the revolving restaurant there.

DATARAN MERDEKA
Dataran Merdeka (Independence Square) opposite Sultan Abdul Samad Building was the exact site where the Union Jack was lowered and the Malayan flag hoisted when the nation gained its independence at midnight 31st August 1957. The square boasts a 100-metre flagpole said to be one of the tallest in the world.
